Tagliatelle with peasant ham and sour cream sauce

It can be a tasty and filling lunch or dinner, be it!
It cooks quickly and just as quickly disappears from the plate.

  • 400 g noodles
  • 3 lg olive oil
  • 1 white onion
  • 150 g of peasant ham
  • 200 ml sour cream for cooking
  • 1 lg of parmesan race
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lgt nutmeg
  • chilli flakes

RECIPE PREPARATION Tagliatelle with peasant ham and sour cream sauce:

Put the pasta to boil in salted water according to the instructions on the package. At the end, strain it, rinse under a stream of cold water and then let it drain.

Finely chop the onion. Put the oil in a saucepan and when it heats up, put the onion to harden.

The ham is cut into cubes and then placed over the onion. Let it harden together until it starts to take on a little color. Pour the cream and mix. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste and then add the drained pasta. Homogenize everything and add the Parmesan cheese. If it is still needed, season it. Mix well and leave on the fire for another 2-3 minutes

Serve immediately with chilli flakes sprinkled on top.
