Unwrap the cauliflower, wash and boil in salted water for ~ 20 minutes. The potatoes are washed very well from the ground, boiled in their skins, cleaned and cut into slices. Grease a pan with margarine (oil), put a layer of potatoes, a layer of cauliflower, again a layer of potatoes and a layer of cauliflower. Put pepper, salt and pepper broth between the layers. On top of the last layer of cauliflower put the breadcrumbs, tofu cheese cut into thin slices and dill. Bake for 30 minutes. Next to this dish is a salad. (which your heart desires).
