Cocoa and berry cake
This cake with cocoa and berries I prepared one evening, very late, when I was invited to coffee and I had nothing sweet in the house.
It prepares so fast and so easy! No problem will be late or the fact that you are too busy. In 15 minutes you prepare it, then you don't care too much about it.
It was eaten extremely well, so I will repeat it, for sure!
- 6 eggs
- 230 g sugar
- 270 g flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 200 g frozen / fresh fruit
- 2 tablespoons black cocoa
- 50 ml oil
- 50 ml milk
Method of preparation
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Mix the yolks well with the milk, oil, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Mix the egg whites with the foam. Gradually add the sugar and mix until it is diluted and the composition is firm.
Sift the flour together with the cocoa and baking powder.
Add the egg yolk mixture over the egg whites and mix gently. Incorporate the flour with movements from bottom to top, trying to get as little air out of the egg whites as possible.
At the end, incorporate the fruit. Mix lightly.
Prepare a 25/30 cm tray, line it with baking paper and pour the composition.
Cocoa and berry cake
Level and slide the table tray slightly, to place the composition evenly.
Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the cake at 165 degrees, on step 2, until it passes the toothpick test.
Let it cool and dust it with sugar or make a chocolate icing.
I melted 50 g of milk chocolate with a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of sour cream, I let them cool then I put in a very lightly cut pos and drew chocolate lines, then I sprinkled some forms of chocolate .

- 200 grams of cherries.
- One glass of mineral water for each piece of cream to be taken.

If you do not have time to prepare the dough at home then you can buy one from the store because it is much faster and quite good.
For the filling of the pie you need:
- 3 cups raspberries
- 2 blue dogs
- 50 gr flour
- 180 gr sugar
The fruits can also be frozen and you can choose which fruits you want and in which combination you like.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and in the meantime prepare the pie filling. For the beginning you have to mix the sugar with the cinnamon and add the fruits that cover very well with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Prepare the dough - mix the flour with the salt and add the butter at room temperature. Squeeze the butter in your palms until well blended. Gradually add water until you get a good dough to spread.
If you want to skip all these steps, you can use frozen dough from the market. Then, place the dough in the tray over which the fruit is placed. If you still have dough left, you can cut it into strips and put them over the filling.
