Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

To prepare the dough, beat the egg whites with salt and mix.

Mix the yolks with the cream and pepper. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and starch.

The composition is incorporated into the egg white foam, then everything is spread in the tray lined with baking paper. Place the parsley leaves on top from place to place, then bake the dough in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 15 minutes, until it begins to take on a copper color.

The baked dough is placed upside down on a damp but well-squeezed towel, rolled and left to cool.

For the preparation of the filling, mix the cream with the cottage cheese, the cheese with blue Viking mold (from this I received), the mustard and the finely chopped greens. Season with salt and pepper.

After the dough has cooled, remove from the towel and spread the cheese mixture so that the thickness of the composition is thinner towards the edges. Then spread the slices of ham and roll lengthwise. Leave to cool for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

It turned out very tasty and fluffy, it's worth it for Easter, believe me!

½ liter of milk
125g margarine
a quarter teaspoon of salt
120g flour
5 eggs
Oil or lard to grease the pan

500g sweet cheese, cow

Method of preparation:
To prepare the coca, boil the milk and margarine. When the margarine has melted and blended with the milk, add salt and flour in the rain, little by little, stirring constantly. Boil this mixture until it comes off the bottom of the pot, then remove from the heat and leave to cool.

When the composition is cold enough, add eggs (one at a time), stirring.

Next, grease the pan with oil or lard and pour the resulting composition into the pan. Leave in the oven for about 20 minutes. During this time, we can prepare the filling.

The cheese is drained beforehand, then placed in a bowl and seasoned with salt, pepper and chilli, to taste.

Add diced peppers and bacon. It is preferable for the bacon to be sliced, and then cut into small squares.

Mix this composition and then proceed to fill the worktop. It is important to remember that the resulting roll top must be left to cool before being filled.

The top is placed face down on a shredder. Spread the filling over the entire surface, then roll very tightly taking care not to break.

After I rolled, spread a sheet of cellophane, put the roll on the cellophane and roll again very tightly, to result in a well-rolled roll.

We will leave the roll cold in the fridge, preferably until the next day, when it can be cut into slices and served as an appetizer.

I tried it too, but it broke. I took the top out of the oven, I rolled it in a towel until it cooled down (that's how I heard it is done, your recipe doesn't say clearly, but I said to do it as everyone says). After the countertop cooled completely, I unrolled it and put the filling in, and when I started rolling it again it started to crack. The taste was very good, we all ate with pleasure, but I could not put it on the table of the guests because the appearance leaves much to be desired. Do you somehow leave the countertop to cool unrolled and after it has cooled completely you put the filling in it and roll it? I would really like to give it a go because it's easy to make and it tastes good.

For the dough:
2 bunches of fresh parsley,
4 eggs

70 g blue cheese (Roquefort),
200 g cream,
250 g fresh cottage cheese,

I started by peeling the potatoes and mud, bugs and other affected parts. I cut the pieces and boiled them in salted water. And I kept them for about 15-20 minutes until they boiled according to the fork test. I drained them and set them aside.

I fried a little smoked ribs in a little olive oil. I spread it nicely and evenly over the potatoes and I started to prepare the miracle sauce that actually becomes an omelette with cheese.

I quickly beat the 4 eggs, I added sour cream and parmesan. I also poured this omelette sauce over the potatoes and I put the grated cheese on top. And to impress everyone with refined tastes, I also added the pieces of blue cheese. I put everything in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Appreciation again ochiometric, meaning the egg sauce to become the omelet sauce.

What's more, now comes the part with guilt, because you feel very guilty after eating this lunch and doing twice a day of daily exercises and you promise that it will not be repeated soon. This delicious but sinful potato, as it is, has a lot of carbohydrates to boil. He would be ideally cruel, but I have never heard of such a thing before. And I don't think I'll hear any soon, and even if I do, I'm sure I won't try. Crude has only 10 grams of carbohydrates, but by not knowing what miracle to boil ends up the unfortunate to have 20. Unhappy us, in fact, that we must avoid it. You will realize that for a kilogram of boiled potatoes, we are dealing with 200 grams of carbohydrates. Fortunately, I have nothing else to add. We were less greedy this time and made a total of 6 servings. So at least 35 grams of carbs per serving and go directly to the forbidden area or that accessible only occasionally.
