How to make spelled salad with spinach and feta
Rinse the spelled under running water until the water becomes clear, then cook in a pot with plenty of salted water for 15/20 minutes.
Drain, pass under cold water to stop cooking, put in a large bowl and let it cool.
Wash the baby spinach, carrots and mint and put in a bowl.
