The salty plumcake is an easy and very quick rustic to prepare, has a really soft dough and lends itself to a very versatile filling. Prepare it in a few minutes with my recipe in thermomix version.

How to make salty plum cake with the thermomix

Dice the ham and cheese, then pitted the olives and cut them into small pieces.
Insert the butterfly, put the eggs with salt and pepper in the jug and whip them for 5 min., Vel. 3.
With the blades running, add the milk and oil, working for another 2 min., Speed. 3.
Then add the flour and baking powder, working for another 2 min., Speed. 3.
Finally add the ham, cheese, olives and Parmesan and work again for 1 min., Speed. 2 counterclockwise.

Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper, bake at 180 ° C in a preheated static oven and cook for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool before unmolding and serving your salty plumcake.
