Tomato Bread Recipe of of 19-06-2014 [Updated on 02-09-2014]
The bread with tomato is the latest experiment in the field of bread and the like, in addition to the very particular color, to being soft and nice and mushy, this bread has a rustic taste that impressed me a lot :) Girls these days I have very little time , I'm throwing myself into new things (just to stay fit and never get bored) and I have a lot of thoughts that whirl through my head, if on the one hand I would like to loosen my grip and take it easy, on the other I always come up with new ideas and I'm sorry to stop and let it all go away, it would take a happy medium but I can't find it alas. One thing is certain, I can't wait for this month of June to end so as to close at least part of the things I have in the pipeline and lighten myself up a little. Sorry for the outburst, I leave myself to today's tomato bread recipe and get back to work even if today, I don't feel like it at all: / Basins: *
How to make tomato bread
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the water.
Now add the flour, oil, tomato paste and salt
Knead making the dough string well and until you get a soft but not sticky dough
Form the dough into a ball, cover and let it rise for 2 hours
Take back the dough, add the chopped basil and divide into 2 parts
Form a cylinder with the dough
Then twist to form a braid
Put the tomato bread on the baking tray and let it rise for another hour
Bake the tomato bread at 200 degrees for the first 5 minutes, then I lowered it to 180 and bake another 20 minutes
Let it cool and serve
