How to make ricotta and blood orange cake
Whip the eggs with sugar and ricotta until you get a smooth cream.Add flour, starch and yeast sifted and blended, finally add juice and grated peel of the oranges.
Pour the mixture into the greased and floured donut mold (alternatively you can use a normal 22 cm diameter cake pan) and bake for about 35-40 minutes in a static oven preheated to 170 ° C (always do the toothpick test before taking out) .
