How to make radicchio rolls

Blanch the radicchio leaves in boiling salted water for 30 seconds.

Drain and dry them by dabbing with a sheet of absorbent paper

Spread the leaves on a plate, place a slice of salami and a slice of fontina on top of each.

Roll each radicchio leaf on itself,

then arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the radicchio rolls with pepper and parmesan, season with a drizzle of oil then bake them in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
