Blondie Cake Recipe Flavia Imperatore of 31-08-2015 [Updated on 13-02-2018]
The biondina cake is the sister of the Moretta cake, a moist and soft cake, perfect to be used as a base for cakes decorated in sugar paste. In fact, the blondie is one of the two bases I used this year for Elisa's cake, I'll start posting this, which can come in handy if you just need a base for your cakes, then I'll show you in a while as I used it;) Well I'm going to finish writing the recipe and uploading the photos and we read again with Elisa's cake: *
How to make the blonde cake
Beat the eggs with the sugar for about ten minutes, until they are swollen and foamy.
Mix the flour with the starch and the yeast. Alternately add the flour mix with the milk and melted butter.
Add the vanilla essence.
Work the mixture until it is smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 170 ° C in a static oven and then for another 15 minutes at 160 ° C by setting the oven to ventilated.
Let it cool before serving your blonde cake.
