How to make pasta with porcini mushrooms
Put the dried porcini mushrooms in a bowl covered with hot water and let them soften for about ten minutes.
Sauté the chopped onion in a pan with the oil
Add the well-squeezed mushrooms and cook in a pan.

Now add the cream and parsley and season with salt.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain it al dente. Pour it into the pan with the porcini mushroom sauce, add the Parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of pepper and sauté for a minute.
Serve the pasta with porcini mushrooms on plates.
