Preparing a basket of woven bread as a wicker basket was really fun, once again I had the help of two valid collaborators who helped me to make the cords and to weave the bread. I have to say, bringing the bread to the table in this fully edible basket was pretty cool

How to make the bread basket
Put the flour in the bowl, make a hole in the center and put the yeast dissolved in the water,
Start kneading then add the oil and salt
When you get a smooth and soft dough, form a ball
Let rise for 2 hours
Line an inverted mold with aluminum foil
Divide the bread dough into 10 pieces and roll each one into a string
Cross the first two cords on the surface of the cross mold
Cross the others in a radial pattern, putting a total of 6
Squeeze lightly on the base to seal all the cords
The other 2 make them go around the mold, passing once under and once over the dough (the photo is much more explanatory) as if to weave a basket
Once the last round is finished, cut the pasta that comes out of the mold
Take the last 3 cords and intertwine them forming a braid
Lay the braid around the base sealing all the strands well.
Let the bread basket rise for half an hour then bake at 180 ° in a static oven and cook for 40 minutes.
Once cooked, turn it upside down and remove the shape from the inside.
Fill the bread basket with rolls, hard boiled eggs and bring to the table
