Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Beat the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Dip the slices of bread one at a time and gradually coat the bottom and edges of the mold.
Set aside 3 slices that will be used to close the plum cake.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and collect them in a bowl; season with salt, oil and basil.
Cut the mozzarella into thick slices.
Spread half the cherry tomatoes on the bread layer, sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Now arrange the well-drained layer of mozzarella
Close with slices of bread soaked in the milk and egg mixture
Finish with a layer of cherry tomatoes and provola.
Place the slices of bread kept aside on the layer of cherry tomatoes, thus forming a lid.
Bake the bread cake at 200 ° C and bake for about 25 minutes.
Let the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cake cool before turning it upside down on a serving dish.
Cut into slices and serve.
