I make pizza in all kinds of combinations, with salami, cheese, sausages, with tuna or something weirder - with pineapple, with ordinary dough or wholemeal flour, without dough, on vegetable slices, but also with the famous Neapolitan dough, with leavening slow.

Pumpkin bite

I take advantage of fresh vegetables as much as possible and I cook all kinds of combinations at an alert pace :)). I mean nothing serious & # 8230 and if I stop to think where are the pumpkins baking now ?.

So a lighter moussaka recipe in which I used pumpkin instead of potatoes.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400g minced pork
  • 2 matching pumpkins
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 red

  • salt, pepper, thyme
  • oil

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little oil. Add the meat and mix, then simmer. I also put a little chopped donut. When the juice has decreased and the meat has started to brown, add salt, add a little thyme and turn off the heat.

Put a little oil in a tray, then place the slices of pumpkin (about 5mm thick), the meat and then another layer of slices of pumpkin. On top we put salt, thyme, tomato slices and donut, broth and put the pan in the oven for 30 minutes at 170g C.

Don't put water in because they have enough pumpkins :).

You can fry the pumpkin slices in oil, I found the food too heavy with so many fries and I put them raw.
