Dough preparation:

In a bowl we put the flour together with the water (warm), the salt and, as the case may be, the dry yeast (as such) or fresh. If you use fresh yeast, put it in a glass with a teaspoon of sugar (or honey) and dissolve it with a little water (from the 250 ml use 50 ml) and then add it to the flour.

Mix well with your hands and then add the oil gradually. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to the bowl, then cover it with a clean towel and leave it to rise in a place away from the current. 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce:

Put the oil in a saucepan, and the 2 cloves of crushed garlic and let it taste a little for 1 minute. don't brown it because it will taste bitter ...

Then pour the tomatoes in a blender, season with salt, add a teaspoon of sugar and cook until the sauce has dropped a little. At the end add oregano and hot pepper flakes (only if you want the sauce to be spicy).

when the dough has doubled, heat the oven to 200 degrees, prepare 2 pizza trays with a little corn (the corn is placed on the bottom so that it doesn't stick), then divide the dough in two and spread it with your hands on the entire surface of each tray.

Put 4-5 tablespoons of sauce and spread well, then place the slices of ham, thicker mushrooms, peppers and mozzarella.

Bake them in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes until the edges of the dough are lightly browned!

It was delicious! I really didn't eat such a good homemade pizza!
