Boil the milk. Add the vanilla and sugar. Leave to cool.

Beat eggs well and add to chilled milk. Mix.

Next I used small forms for the pudding. Put a spoonful of sugar and a drop of water. Let it melt until it caramelizes.

Fill with milk + eggs. Leave in the oven for 30-40 minutes. (Being small shapes, bake faster)
