"Goodies for carolers"

  • 5 egg whites
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • grated lemon peel
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • powdered sugar for garnish

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION White check with lemon:

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they become dense.

Add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix until glossy.

Add the lemon oil, juice and grated peel and mix well.

Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix.

Wallpaper a cake form with baking paper and pour the composition into the tray.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

The toothpick is tested.

Remove from the pan and leave to cool.

Powder with sugar.

Slice and serve.
