Spaghetti with sausages

Bring water to a boil with salt and a teaspoon of oil and when it boils, boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Before putting the spaghetti in the pot, cut the sausages into pieces of about 3 cm and put 3-4 strands of spaghetti through each piece until you finish the pieces of sausages.

Only now put the pasta to boil, with the sausages. While the pasta is boiling, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté with a little oil. After the golden color, pour the chopped tomatoes in the broth and mix.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water from the pasta and when it drops, turn off the heat. Put basil and oregano on top. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. At your choice you can of course put grated cheese on top.

How to make bolognese pasta

1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water as indicated on the package, then pass through a stream of cold water and drain in a strainer.

2. Fry the minced meat in a hot oil pan. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, bell pepper and diced mushrooms, pasta and tomato juice. Season with a pinch of basil and oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

3. The bolognese pasta sauce matches the taste with salt and is served immediately with the cooked spaghetti.

4. To add flavor to these Bolognese pasta, you can sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese and a few fresh basil leaves on top.

Easter with sausages

A simple recipe that I make when I don't have much in the fridge. The girls from Italy will probably laugh, but being Romanian I suppose they only smile & # 8230 I think that only in our country pasta can be made with sausages.
250 g paste
2-3 sausages
2 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
200 ml broth (tomato sauce)
a little basil, salt
a little bit of oil

Fry the garlic in a little oil and then throw it away. Add the diced sausages, let them fry a little and then add the finely chopped onion. Stir and leave for a few more minutes (2-3) then add the broth, basil and a little salt.

Meanwhile, boil the al dente pasta, then strain it under a stream of cold water and mix it with the sauce. Serve immediately, possibly with a little grated cheese on top.

Sweet potato spaghetti

Sweet potato spaghetti: 4 servings, 5 minutes cooking time, 90 calories per serving

Ingredients: 2 sweet julienned potatoes, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, a little nutmeg or cinnamon.

Preparation: saute the sweet potato spaghetti in a pan greased with a little oil, over medium heat, maximum 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add salt, pepper, parsley and cinnamon / nutmeg. It serves as such or as a garnish for a piece of medium rare cooked beef.

Prepare dinner as the famous chef Gordon Ramsey does! This spaghetti with clams recipe is easy to prepare, but you will feel like in an elegant restaurant when you eat it, with a glass of white wine.


  • 2 kg of clams in shells
  • sea ​​salt
  • black pepper
  • 500 g dried spaghetti or linguine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 1 hash peeled and cut into large slices
  • 1 small red pepper, cut lengthwise
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 75 ml dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley leaves

Method of preparation

Clean the shells under a stream of cold water, throw away the ones that do not close tightly after they are lightly hit by the work surface.

Meanwhile, boil a large pot of salted water for pasta.

When it boils, put the spaghetti in it and boil it al dente.

Prepare the shells about 6 minutes before the pasta is ready, heat another large saucepan and add the olive oil.

Turn the shells inside and put the garlic, asparagus, hot pepper and basil.

Pour the wine and cover the pan with a tight lid.

Shake the pan and let it steam for 3-4 minutes, until the shells open.

Pour the shells into a strainer over a large, clean bowl.

Throw away the ones that didn't open.

Pour the shellfish sauce back into the pan and cook for a few minutes, until it thickens slightly.

Add the parsley, then taste and season with salt and pepper.

Shells are naturally salty, so you may only need pepper.

Drain the pasta well. Immediately put them in the sauce and stir to cover well.

Turn the shells into a saucepan and stir again to cover everything.

Place on hot plates and serve immediately, with pieces of bread crust, to dip in the sauce.

  • Strawberry jam
  • honey to taste

  • Ingredients for garlic spaghetti:
  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • 3 pcs. pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 100 gr olives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • basil

How do we prepare the two fasting recipes?

Preparation for the Recipe Fluffy Fasting Donuts.

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the dry yeast and vanilla sugar. If you want a sweeter dough, you can add sugar, and the ingredients we serve the donuts will be quite sweet.

Gradually pour the hot water & icircn which dissolves a little salt and oil, alternating the two liquids, and mix with the flour in the bowl.

The resulting dough is left to rise for 50 minutes, then the donuts are shaped into spherical shapes, slightly flattened, which is left to rest for 10 minutes, on the floured table.

Fry the donuts in an oil bath and brown them nicely.

The fluffy donuts are sectioned in two and filled with jam or honey, then decorated with vegetable cream.
